Pauvre France
The survey contradicts another one done six month ago, which found 40 per cent of French men thought they were the best lovers, and the most intelligent and the funniest men in Europe. Mais bien sur.

I've been to France many times. Haven't noticed a distinctive smell. Sounds more like a Rotter urban legend left over from the late 1800s than anything having to do with the 2000s.
Now, on the other hand, if you go to Eastern Europe...
