Of course, Mr Rot was against using middle names back in 2008

.. and was egging on Jean Francois Mac to keep mum, and play the patsy. Now Rot is fine with having Jimmy Hoffa coming back from Giants Stadium to raise hell. No problemo. All honky-dory.

I'm sorry...

Funny role reversal here, Tecs.

I have always been on the side of civility in political discourse and so disliked it when RWNs tried to make an issue of Obama's sacred name.

You all but begged McCain to ask whether Senator Hussein had a wardrobe full of splodey vests.

You on the other hand, now that the shoe is on the other foot, don't like it that kind of rough housing anymore and somehow think that I have been incoherent.

Seems you ought to get some code to write coherent posts, buddy, because that cheap-ass beer you drinkin is hurtin you.

Your act of contrition is not heartfelt, Herr Rot. Absolution not granted. You need to repent sincerely next time.

Now, of course you fall in the same kind of hyperbole, tu quoque, and general logical inconsistencies as Pepe, or, say, Debbie Wasserman Schultz (without the frizzly blond hair, though).

Let's review the record, shall we. It all started when Mac showed up at a meeting, only to berate the warm up act for having had the temerity to mention the full name of BHO -- a crime of lèse majesté in Rotter Logick at the time. (Of course, BHO himself would brag about his name at the time, and nobody now thinks that's a crime anymore, mais passons.)

So, Herr Rott, I'll ask you again, 3 years later (you never learn, do you?) -- where was the incivility that prompted Mac to basically throw away the election, right there and then, by declaring in effect that he won't press in any way the other candidate on anything for fear of being treated as "uncivil" by all the Rotter-minded bien-pensants? Not only do you not see the error of your ways, even with 3 years hindsight, but you persist and keep diggin' with abandon.

Now you double down, and compare using someone's full name with wearing a suicide vest, or with Hoffa's speech, which amounts to incitement to murder. Way to go, champ.

You know very well that Obama doesn't even use his middle name with abandon.

He uses it when he's kissing up to musselmans and no time else.

And the point is? If I want to call, say, Rick Perry, by his full legal name, James Richard Perry, I'll have Mac call the civility police on me?

Try to make a point which has some universality to it, and has some basis in fact or law or something.
