I don't understand. If they set up a state, then we can knock it down better than if they don't.

The Taliban had a state, with Binnie hiding there. Charming, huh? But if that's what it btakes to unleash the dogs of war -- i.e., the Air Force, not just puny boots on the ground -- then maybe that's the way to go? I dunno, sounds like a risky scheme to me. Why not just send in the BUFFs, and be done with it?
