Bring back Berlu!
Italian politics, in all its glory: The move forced a brief suspension of the session after shouts that the senator was a "traitor" and a "clown" and one senator made a hand gesture as if to shoot Mr Cusumano. Mr Cusumano was reportedly spat on, and then fainted, before being carried out on a stretcher.

John Edwards could use some spit, IMO. But yes, this is politics alla italiana. Govt hangs by a thread for a year snubbing attempts to form a grand coalition and then falls because of politics? No. Defections? No. Corruption? Not really. In fact it is falling because the a parliamentarian's wife is not immune from investigation. I.e. is not permitted corruption carte-blanche.
