This chilling story from Nuevo Hamburgo (!) reminds me of that amazing movie, Cidade de Deus. Have you guys seen it?
No, I haven't seen it. I should.
It's rather scary and disturbing -- but very realistic, and well made. Those guys are tough -- I wouldn't mess with them.
