Nomophobia could affect up to 53 per cent of mobile phone users, with 48 per cent of women and 58 per cent of men questioned admitting to experiencing feelings of anxiety when they run out of battery or credit, lose their phone or have no network coverage.
Here, JJ, have some ouzo and relax. Recharge your brain fryer, and you'll be all right. And glow in the dark.

To all you 'nomophobics', you can relax....there are alternatives to having a heart attack when you loose your phone or your contacts...its called ZYB. Its great, you can back-up all your contacts, text messages, pics and calendar entries for free...Not only that, but the data can be easily transferred to another mobile phone, irrespective of the operator or phone brand..which is great if you are unlucky enough to have lost your phone or someones number....aahhh...and breath.. :)

Is this Pepe, or what? From the article: you could also try to liberate yourself from the shackles of your mobile by simply switching it off. Or, more simply: just don't buy one. Humanity survived for eons without brain fryers, after all.
