After his December arrest, [Venezuelan multimillionaire Franklin Duran] was interviewed by FBI agents... he described widespread corruption in the Venezuelan government of Hugo Chavez... and says his rise as a businessman was paved by bribing "politicians, government officials, and high ranking officials."
Of course, this information is nothing new.
