Wrong: But HPV can infect areas that are not covered by a condom—so condoms may not fully protect against HPV.

jj - this is from the CDC, which has been railroaded by the administration to promote the notion that the only form of safe sex is abstinence. With dubbyah and his ideologues in the driver seat dictating what is safe and what isn't based on extrapolations of evangelical notions of right and wrong into the medical realm, I'll take my chances.
