Arelcao Akleos said...: Bishop Rowan has only came out [yet] for limited Sharia rule, where Muslims would live under Sharia, and I suppose Druids with Druidism, etc.... He does not know his rightful place, yet, which is to call for all Brits to live under Sharia. Furthermore, his insults are made more extravagant by the apparent refusal of one of his minions to allow a conversion of a church to what would, indeed, be a bloody smashing mosque.

The Crusades preceded Anglicanism by several centuries -- and Henry the VIIIth preceded this poor guy attacked by those hoodlums by a whole bunch of centuries, too. (Besides, the Crusaders and the Muslims were fighting fair and square on the field of battle, but that's another story). If you apply the JJ-Pepe "logic", then any action whatsoever can be justified by some real or imagined slights that happened eons ago. Note Muslims fought in the Crusades, and in the 500 years before, and in the 800 years after.
