Cornucopia: food or gas?
AlGore & Co push for using corn as a fuel for their big SUVs, instead of using it as tortillas or polenta, as God intended. OK, usual BS from pinko birkenstock limo liberals. But what does Mac say? John McCain, who correctly called the ethanol push a boondoggle in 2000, now says that it is "a very important way to achieve energy independence." Hmmm... In other words, he was against it before he was for it. Once again, Kerry redux.

The Solution is the Problem? Who woulda thunk it, Signiore
AI, you've been out of the maize: farmers on the Right and Left have been talking about using corn as bio-fuel from Kansas to North Dakota for, at least, 8 years now. It sounds kind of corny, but it's not the one-sided issue you'd wish it to be.
