A. K. A. Loose Canon
The S&P 500 averages a 14.5% annual gain during Democratic presidencies, compared to just 10.6% under Republicans.
This isn't about politics, gentlemen: it's about North Dakota's superiority over every thing South Dakota.
But, how can one tell apart SoDak from NoDak. or the SoDakers from the NoDakers? Are there any identifying characteristics that would help?
Yes, at least a friend from the Twin Cities, Minnesota, tells me that, overall, North Dakotans are better educated than South Dakotans.
Hmmm... Data?
