One of my favorite dishes is braised brains -- but I think those are beef, not pork. But, alas, haven't eaten such thing in eons -- things are simply not safe anymore, everything is either germy or junky. IT'S ALL BUSH'S FAULT!!!!! [A.I. Sheehan]

I thought we braised our brains well enough at my parties. Judging from your language, it was pork.

Nah -- pork gotta be fried real well, otherwise it's too risky. Even beef, I'd rather overdo, than have all that blue-red goo that the Frenchie love.
