Because the Government claimed the evidence should be considered classified Leon considered the evidence in camera. But it was revealed that evidence the five men had planned to travel to Afghanistan was based on a single un-named source.

I don't buy this stuff. A district court judge is not a military tribunal. Therefore the gov't was not able to present secret evidence.

Pepe, guilt is not determined in a court. I think we know the philosophical difference between guilt and conviction. In fact, it's not even philosophy.
oh, i get it now. guilt is determined by single un-named sources in the military.
so in other words: ending up in jail because some un-named source rats someone out is an occurrence which clearly establishes guilt. On the other hand, having a bona fide court of law finding that person innocent to the point of recommending release, is an event which shouldn't be misconstrued as an actual indication of innocence.
It's not like we live in a banana republic or anything, but hearsay beats due process here any day of the week.
