Biden is a lot smarter than it seems people credit him for. He's also likable, experienced and down-to-earth. His personality is a perfect counterbalance to Obama's serious and rigid one. I've gotta say, this administration is good. I'm actually starting to put Obama on the same realm as Carter. Sadly, Carter's intelligence and foresight weren't given proper recognition and respect while he was in office. If they had been, we'd already be well on our way, if not already there, to energy independance.
