The Left sees some provisions of Homeland Security to be worrisome and the Right sees the government's role in deciding the fates of people like Terri Schiavo to be troubling.
The ACLU you can bet would be in a lot of this discussion if they were in Europe and weren't lready all but bought off by the PC Left.
