The Karpen pile

Is a perpetuum mobile -- been running for 56 years now. Could give Coanda a run for his money. See here for explanations; more here, if you can read it. JJ, is my VCP cooling off already? I want it perpetually replenished!

This should help with these piles that never stop.

Hah! So you don't buy this Energizer bunny?

Did you try reading their jibberish?

Tecumseh said...

Yeah. Some of it made it to Wiki. Anything wrong?

The article you linked to in the title has a couple cute howlers.

He claims interestingly that statues from the Assyro-Babylonian period were electroplated with gold!

Look at eqs (3), (5)-(5''). See anything wrong with that Laplacian and gradient?

Smartass mathematics aside, in eq (5'') he's got $H$ (mag field) equal to the gradient of $\aleph$. Thus $H$ is rotationless in planes of constant $z$. That means no currents in the $z$ direction.

Do I really need to go on? He starts with global warming...

Once Al Gore rules, the dude is head of NSF. Show him some respect, JJ, or weep in days to come.

Yeah, JJ. That's just what I was gonna say too.

Hi Author,

Nice to see that the K pile was not forgotten. I am an old fan of this pile, but I bet on heat polarization near surfaces.

Hi guys, take any two metal pieces and put them in a cup of tea : you will obtain some electricity.

You should verify thermogeometry.org if you want to understand how this works. I built a simpler variant that works with water and heat. If you speak Romanian try .info or .com alternative sites. It would be nice to talk with everyone.
