Everytime I think I could live without a death penalty something likes this happens to remind me why the death penalty is sometimes the only just option
something likes this happens to remind me why the death penalty is sometimes the only just option well yeah but then you look at the doaen people who were on death row in Illinois a few years back and who were exonerated through the intervention of law students who looked at their cases. All these people looked really guilty at some point. So while it's easy to see why one would wish for capital punishment for this guy, there's a big practicality issue: the system isn't perfect.
Pepe requires perfection before implementation only of that which seeks justice and the good. He is apparently quite comfortable with injustice and evil striking out freely without being hindered by the need to first attain perfection
...the issue is whether or not the benefits, if any, of implementing the capital punishment outweigh the inconvenience resulting from the fact that innocent people will occasionally be executed.

Would it be endangering children if somehow we let the kids pull the level to this monster's gallows?

Let's expand, Pepe: no human institution or system is perfect.
right - that's the source of the main problem with capital punishment.

aa - i realize you find it challenging to make an argument without an ad hominem but this isn't about me.
