Big Government presupposes population growth—that there will be a new generation of workers to keep France’s fiftysomething retirees in the lifestyle to which they’ve become accustomed.
Ah, but the French can strike and burn Renaults, and then all will be honky dory. A no brainer for Pepe.
I'll grant you that. I had long experience in my life with bad cars (Trabant, Renault, and Fort Pinto), after which I decided to only trust Japanese cars. Renault was not the worst -- Trabbie gets the honors, while Mercury gave me the most headaches -- but still, it's a crummy car.

Why caricature a caricature?
the caricature reveals the caricature

a good renault is a burned renault - there is little doubt about that.

Ford Pinto. Not bad for a ride, I bet. Just don't get rear-ended. You'll burst into flames.
So what's your point then... that you shouldn't burn renaults as long as there are Trabbies around ?
