OK, joking aside, this is one of the few George F Will pieces that's this good. And it is good.

George Will wakes up. Good to see that the old bull still has some oomph left in him. Yes, pretty good piece, though it paints the standard Rotter view--Castro as some kind of bumbling tinpot pinko caudillo. There is that, of course. But there was also a Stalinist phase, one that Rot would dearly like to erase from memory.
