The spat started when Milton, parked illegally and chomping on a bagel, allegedly waved off Kilduff’s warning to move, and then drove away when she started writing an electronic ticket, according to police.

A bagel, eh? That's the Zionist cabal at work oppressing!

Terry Reed of Carmen’s Union Local 589 defended Milton, saying she has an “excellent reputation.”

Love them protectors of the people/workers.
