The glass is half-full interpretation: One of the Humanities' missions is the ability to communicate findings to as broad an audience as possible. Elementary is a good rating then, yes?
The glass is half-empty interpretation: JJ refuses to read philosophy, AI and AA partake in a relentless gang-bang of anything slightly suspicious of being Left, and MFT waxes on about the importance of history and philosophy -- as though it really mattered.
It just so happens that B.R. Myers, A Reader's Manifesto: An Attack on the Growing Pretentiousness in American Literary Prose arrived in the mail this evening. At least we aren't pretentious, yes?
...or is it pretentious to even use the word pretentious?
From Oxford web site: "The Faculty of History relocated from Broad Street to The Old Boys' School in July 2007. Read more. Please note that the History Faculty Library did not move." Why is this genius level? I smell a big fat commie rat.
Hmmm check out Antioch's "level" [www.antioch.edu] and then the University of Chicago [www.uchicago.edu]. The gig is up, komrads, they be fellow travelers on the ranting critics front.
Antioch is Genius, and U of Chicago (more worthy than many Ivy League programs) is ranked as Highschool.
The Blog Readability Test doesn't outline it's methodology though. At least I didn't see any place where it was outlined. Did you guys? We might as well be asking our local voodoo soothsayers down in the Carib for Blog Readability until they give us some type of rationale for their magic machine.

The World is a depressing place, gentlemen.
Let us aspire at fleshing the bot. Maybe it's stupid puns like this that bring our level down to kindergarten?
If this is any consolation, try www.math.harvard.edu
On the other hand, if you try JJ's web site, see what you get...

...damn. I think this thing is rigged. I just put Oxford's dept. of history though the system: http://www.history.ox.ac.uk/

How depressing. At least we have booze.
...one more test revealed my myspace.com page as "College: Post Grad."
AI's right: you pun-mongers are bringing us down to the lowest common retardenominator.
