It took me a while to figure out this riddle, but I think I got it now: according to wiki: The sixth movement of Claude Debussy's Children's Corner is titled "Golliwogg's Cakewalk", inspired by the American dance. That it?
While at it: "Golliwog" was World War II British naval slang for a Gauloise cigarette, which had tobacco that was nearly black in colour. Aahhh, the French. The American rock group Creedence Clearwater Revival was known as "The Golliwogs". [..] Golliwog is a solo-single by ABBA member Agnetha Fältskog from 1974. Ban them!

...and throw out Fatcha's blood along with 'em!
Hey Tecs. That's interesting. I didn't know the etymology there, just the Debussy.
I have known for a time that the Brits call darkies 'wogs'.
