Tecs goes back to tsuica
.. in a plastic liter-sized Coke bottle. Goes well with caşcaval. But wiki got it all wrong: this cheese is made from goat's milk. Sheesh.

Tecs, you've been spelling ţuică wrong all this time.
I think this calls for a hell of a lot of VCP.
The wiki article has other problems besides the origin of the milk that's used in the cheese. For example:
The process must generally be finished before Christmas, as not to leave unfinished business for the next year.
But everyone knows that in Romania, Christmas is like in April or something, so it's well into the next year.
Jeez, the wikidiots are way off.
I spell tsuica the Anglo way, so that even Rot Voorhees the VIIth can follow.
Are you alluding to the Old Calendar? No longer being used, except perhaps in the boonies somewhere.
At any rate, have you ever tried Cascaval? You should.
Never had it, Tecs. Just had the chickenshit wop imitation.
Try cascaval pané. It's good.
I guess some people call it Transylvanian fried cheese. Never heard of that before.
