I've started looking again at the WSJ lately -- that is, besides Taranto and the occasional Peggy Noonan. They used to get wooly, but lately they got much more serious and focused. A complete meltdown of the worldwide financial system, and the very real prospect of the US of A going full hog socialist seems to have woke them up.
