The impulse to dictatorship, in this administration, and the Democrat Party leadership, is loud and clear. At this stage of our country's history, it is no longer certain, at all, that the tripartite division of the Constitution, expressly aimed at preventing one hand from controlling all those levers, will be sufficient to check this impulse.
