The left speaks of being pro-science, and yet they are ignorant Luddites. The luddites of the left want (I assume) to be able to travel, heat their homes, and have electric light at night.
That comparison is grossly unfair to the Luddites, whose movement emerged in the harsh economic climate of the Napoleonic Wars and difficult working conditions in the new textile factories. By and large, the modern Left has nothing to do with hard-scrabbled proles. Rather, they're pampered, puffed-up Pompadours (paging Pepe) blathering their half-digested mix of pidgin marxism and know-knothing greenish mantra. They're more than happy to let the proles shiver in the cold while they exhibit their bogus moral superiority.
If that doesn't make you puke, I don't know what will.

Update: Boehner responds to Biden's gushing over ChiCom policy.
Boehner's response was good (in spite of his using the term "deficit" a bit hallucinogenically).
Of course Tecs and AA would prefer Ron Paul to say, "Hey, it's their business! Who likes tofu anyway?"
What's a greenish mantra?
Metaphor alert?
Kind of fun, actually.
Greenish mantra? It's like, goose shit. You ever stepped in it?
