Is there such a thing as malpractice against coppers?

Do coppers carry malpractice insurance for shooting 5-year olds instead of watersnakes? If not, send them to Ft. Leavenworth, Bubba is anxiously waiting.

are these guys really from OK ? This is a typical new orleans cop story. My friend gilles spent 3 months in the hospital with wife & twin 18 months old daughters after being hit by cops speeding to arrest a dangerous criminal who had just stolen diapers from Walgreen's. Cop went to visit them at the hospital, and assured him that they "got him [the diaper theif]".

Good to hear the pampers are being protected in New Orleans, and the watersnakes are being kept at bay in Oklahoma. Maybe they could team up with the Oakland and California Cops to create the greatest Peace Officer (gag) force in all the land.
