MFT, sorry you ain't here in Beantown. AA, AI, and I went for a couple Stone IPAs at a pizza joint near the house tonight. Pepe didn't show...

Damn! I would've loved to join you fellahs. Hope you all had a good time.

Pepe didn't show because he and I were drinking mint juleps all night along the upper Missouri (not really). He was bitching on and on about AA, or something like that -- it's difficult enough to understand the French, even moreso after a bunch of bourbon.

I sent Pepe back downstream in a Plains Indian bullboat. That's Pepe in the boat. He was pretty happy after all that bourbon. He's probably around the Missouri-Mississippi confluence by now, maybe in St. Louis.
