Thanks for the well wishes, AA. Just today I received my "rapid" Chinese for the iPod, supposedly the 200+ Mandarin words one ought to start getting exposed to. I'll be in Beijing for approximately 5 days or so, then it's a 25 to 29 hour Trans-Siberian rail ride up to Ulaanbaatar, and there I'll hunker down for a couple weeks.
And happy Christmas to you, a New Year, and a Chinese New Year as well.

Is this iPod some kind of cell-phone? Watch out for the brain-frying rays, MFT! That said, have a great trip, and make sure you don't get stuck in a god-forsaken airport, freezing your ass off amid Gorebal warming.
