OK, I got a link, with video (though I know you can't see that in the boonies). Besides all those `alleged' and `suspect', what about "attempted attack"? For my money, this was an attack, albeit ultimately an unsuccessful one. From the way I understand the term, an attack does not have to result in death to be called an attack, without hedging -- right?
