So this is getting beyond the point of dhimmania, and into the realm of aid and comfort (I know, I know, Herr Rot, you think that never applies, so just bringing it up metaphorically).

As a counterpoint, though, remember also that the Brits, with all their dhimmitude, were awake enough not to let the crotchety guy back to England earlier this year, and denied him a visa. So even they are more on the ball than Janet Napolitano...
