If a Republican is elected president, he will have to be more careful than the last. When he asks nominees the usual question about justices they agree with, the better answer should once again be Scalia or Thomas or Alito, not Roberts.

..or Souter.

Sandra Day was not perfect, but still, much better than Souter. Kind of like Kennedy, if you wish. I had high hopes for Roberts. I'm crushed by his betrayal. Cheer me up, guys -- willya?

How's the wienerschnitzel? Sounds better and better to me.

Aren't you talking about legislatures and making sausage, Tecs? About Schnitzel, Bleh. Live here for a couple months and you'll see why Austrians go on food vacations to Zimbabwe.

Robts didn't betray anyone. He's got his view and it's coherent. I don't like his decision, but Romney did a lot worse by introducing socialized medicine to an insignificant corner of the USA.

Still pulling hard for Heretic Clark Kent, Tecs?

No, Roberts' view is not coherent, and it's not based on the definitions he was working with. And that's that.
