Funny. We should have elected John Kerry and given the Dems an overwhelming majority in both houses. We should have had a tickertape parade for Ahmadinejad when he came to New York and Zinedine Zidane should be in charge of all the juvenile courts in the country. That will show the world just how stupid the Democrats are and that Bush 41's cronies are even worse!
No, JJ, we should have elected John Kerry and kept the Republican congress. Then maybe those ubi mea gopists would actually have perceived a coincidence between their personal pelf and taking a firm stance against Islam Militant. Instead we got an administration that brung along all of them, kleptocrats or squeaky cleaners, into a morass of indecision and confusion. And the pain from that is only just beginning. The fundamental problem with the Bush clan, with its unreflective jibbing to the idea that if only they get to know some powerful dude "personally" then all is workable [be it Putin, or Princes Bandar and Al-Turki, or BillyBoy] has been an unrelieved disaster. I had hoped that 911 had shaken that shit out of George Jr. But all it did was sway it a little and in time snug back in George lay that shit. At some point, historians will analyse in depth what has been unfolding within this administration. And the role of the Saudis, and those who enable them [Baker, Powell, Nordstrom, Papa Bush, etc...], vs the role of the President himself, will be fascinating to see.....But the consequences of that crud we can see right now.

Also, we should have got hit by the terrorists a couple more times, too.
Just keep on hitting me on the head with a hammer, JJ. then, when (hopefully) you'll stop, it will feel so good!

Are you referring to UND, or the Bush Administration here?
I was referring to Bush, but may I presume, MFT, that the description would fit an institution nearer to MFT than me?
