Nao Victoria? Sounds like the rallying cry for the Howard Dean set. Or maybe Magelhaes suspected serving under the Spanish flag would be the death of him.

Odd choice for the name of a boat. Maybe they meant HMS. Like HMS Victoria.

The Nao Victoria may have had a lousy name, but at least it didn't go glugging into the deep
