The Czech Republic's rightist prime minister, Mirek Topolanek, welcomed the Saddam sentence, calling it "an act of justice" and a warning to other dictators.

I'm with the Eastern Europeans on some things. I find that they more rapidly than comfortably swerve toward full Cantabrigian political correctness when surrounded and brow-beaten. You'll see them all kow-tow to the French after a couple cognac benders.

Moving around the pseudo-squares in Birkenstockland prevents one from seeing the limpid logic of a Becherovka-consumer.
