No speak English here

Try telling a minority business owner to leave so you can bring in a quality tenant to serve the need of the English-speaking population.
Yeah, try and do that.

"He's not a good tenant, that's my opinion. He's been late on the rent."

Munroe said he had other problems with McKenna: a forklift that was never moved from the front of the store and salt and other supplies in messy piles in an unprotected side yard facing Dixie Highway.

that ain't enough to get him out of there?

This is called ex-post-facto explanation, Pepe. The true reason Muroe is kicking out McKenna is spelled out loud and clear in the article.

Pepe even tries an explanation? Ex-post-facto defacto it's a Bloody Miracle

Right, just because he doesn't pay rent doesn't necessarily make him a bad tenant. Silly me.

Which Pepe misread or misconstrued or fibbed on as "just because he doesn't pay rent "

The written word, such a challenge eh?

it's almost the same thing: you don't go to your bank and whine that you can't pay your mortgage because your tenant hasn't made his payment on time. Late payers are useless and should be evicted, just like non-payers.

"Almost the same thing". Uh, no. Which is why there are penalties for "late payment" and different penalties for "non payment".
Yet again too much okra in your gumbo ?
