This is not the Peggy I knew, circa 1985. Ah well, I guess my bus is getting to compete with Obama's. In all honesty, though, I may attribute this to the effects of ageing. Some people just get soft in their heads, or simply crave for attention, and that mythical "strange new respect" from the Gray Old Lady. Happens to the best -- including John McCain...
