How would the plumbing hookups work in an apartment that is constantly moving? Fisher said the pipes will connect to the core via attachments similar to the ones used by military aircraft for in-flight refueling. Hmmm... What happens to the stuff that goes through those pipes? Coanda weeps.

This building will be a glorious crapfest. Pity the fool who tries to live in it.

Pepe, AI's point [I think] has to do with the attachment of "in apartment piping" with "core pipes". In reading the description it seems they are suggesting the core is "fixed" and the apartments can then be rotated individually in different ways around the core. Hence Fisher's description of these connections being "similar to the ones used by military aircraft for in flight refueling". If the Aristo ever goes to Dubai, we can ask him for the details.
