Rep. James Fagan (D., Mass) would “rip apart” 6-year-old victims on the witness stand and “make sure the rest of their life is ruined.” In a fiery soliloquy on the House floor, Fagan said he’d grill victims so that, “when they’re 8 years old they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep; when they’re 19 years old, they’ll have nightmares and they’ll never have a relationship with anybody.”

This Fagan guy makes a living defending pervs like this one. And then he blames Mitt for not making more money out of that:

underscores his total lack of compassion for individuals who can't afford
their own lawyer," Fagan said. "The governor has to be brought to the point
where he understands he has a Constitutional obligation." "Lawyers who do CPCS work, in my opinion, have been tremendously underpaid

Yeah, right.
This shyster-rep wants also to lower the standard for being legally drunk to .02 (just one glass of wine in an hour). Way to get more clients, eh?
