Abject failure
Mr Rot is pulling for the SEC, saying what a great job they did. I say, they should be all fired en masse for gross incompetence, dereliction of duty, and malpractice, and replaced by (hopefully) competent people. Are there still such floating around?

The biggest enemy to Capitalism are capitalists, or something like that.
Put another way: One guy with a few friends and helpers discovered this thing nearly a decade ago. He led you to this pile of dung that this Bernie Madoff was and stuck your nose in it and you couldn't figure it out. You couldn't find your backside with two hands with the lights on.
