Bombardier bombs
I hate these pre-Coanda turboprops: I always try to avoid them, as much as possible. Mr Rot -- didn't you take the bus from LaGuardia some time ago, so as not to have to return on one of these contraptions?

I didn't like the leg from Newark to Boston in a very small Embraer jet. Fortunately, I had keys to a vacant house on W 76th at that time. So I went there and relaxed for a while, and then, yes, took the Chinese bus or the Greyhound from the Port Authority, which was more convenient.
My prob has never been with props, but with very small diameter fuselages of some commuter planes. I get very claustrophobic and drinking does not help.
100 years almost to the day after Coanda's jet flight, why does anyone still fly propeller-driven planes?
cheap
Cheap, but Tecs pisses his pants when he sees some turboprops.
Tecs, turboprops came after Whittle and Ohain.
You people are just commies - the american way to handle this situation is through deregulation. Once all the icing planes have dropped out of the sky, there will be no more demand for these models. A small price to pay for the safeguarding of our values.
Hmmmm, regulation gives us turboprops in the best socialist nation tradition; which then promptly make every little ride a grand life adventure.
Le Pew blames those who do not favor regulation.
Hey, regulus, if you're gonna regulate can you at least regulate with occasional intelligence rather than with consistent stupidity?
