The French act more like Americans, while we act like drunken pinko sailors: Paris rejects 'Obama-style' stimulus program: "It would be irresponsible to chose another policy, which would increase our country's indebtedness without having more infrastructure and increased competitiveness in the end".

That's why Le Pew is hiding out in Nawlins. He foresaw the day would come when the French would try to awaken from the Nightmare, and so he did his level best to send the Yanks into the Nightmare while there was opportunity. Aristos don't stay aristos without a Plan B.
