Exactly my reaction! I was naively thinking the link will take me to something about the zillions poured down the drain with TARP, and its newer incarnations. Teaches me a lesson to trust Pepe's titles -- this is a classic bait and switch tactic.

The giveaway was Le Pews cheery disposition as the whole thing. Nothing excites a Pepean like gerbils and Dead Ricains. Martin would have had fun painting Le Pew's vision of Paradise.
