Rot agitates for a gag law
Attorney Peter Fritz asked why the state would pass a law punishing repetitive requests for open records. Instead, the state could simply say it would only answer each person's question once. Mais non, mais non, says Rot. String them up by their thumbs. That will teach them.

Not at all. I think the State of Hawaii should give all inquirers a free tinfoil hat with the state flower printed on it.
