Where's the "deport them all" label?

A Pavlovian reaction on Mr Rot's part.

My reaction is perhaps not totally rational but your moderate guy Buchanan (the incongruous juxtaposition forces me to stifle a guffaw) paints a picture of a brown invasion and I understand English just like you do.
The problem is that I live in Vienna and here, the locals want to shut out, you guessed it, Czechs and Romanians and their under-the-table ways and hookers.
I want them here because I like the prospect of the availability of good food here, eventually, and the Romanian girls are heart-stoppingly beautiful.

That's all good and well. But Buchanan's main point is different. Namely, how can you maintain a traditional conservative party under the circumstances? You either go pinko, or you go the way of the dodo bird -- he posits. That point you never, ever address, Mr Rot. It's like there are two sides of your brain that can't communicate...

As usual, there is no good answer. and for a good reason. We both want democracy or something, but the raw material, that is a reasonable electorate, is lacking and likely will not come back. That is why AA and I are deeply pessimistic.
The whole country is going soft while you and the rest of us can handle at farthest left, JFK and to the right, I think Buchanan.
And this last guy Buchanan is a wacko and should be locked up in my imaginary camp in Alaska.

Buchanan is a complicated man, and he has a long and meandering history. He tends to go off the reservation now and then (I fully agree), but then again, he can have insightful flashes when he wants to.

But the issue is not Buchanan -- the issue is, how to you keep the flame of civilization alive? It's an issue that hundreds of generations before us have confronted, with various degrees of success. I'd like to think future generations will still be able to at least confront this issue.
