A. K. A. Loose Canon
Hey, guys, why are you getting goofy? Tsk, tsk, tsk.
Because it is goofy, nay, "lunatic", to see a fundamental betrayal of the judicial principles Roberts himself espoused as a fundamental betrayal of the judicial principles Roberts himself espoused? The consequences of his decision will unfold, as they have elsewhere, as a grinding down of the nation and the turning of the practice of medicine into a weapon in the hands of the State. We, our children, the future, are not, will not be, immune to the consequences of his actions. And he thinks he should be??What is it with these Supreme Judges? Has their silver bowled sup in the halls of Versailles turned them into dead-souled cynics, into Ubi Mea opportunists, into craven sycophants? Does that gold-flecked swill make it all so worthwhile?.............. Or are they just a plum, rotting, collection of the Ivy Idiocracy?
A rhetorical question, eh? Say, AA, how about we drown our sorrows is some vinho verde, one of these days? As long it's in a place with AC, I can't stand the heat, it's getting to me.
Ah, you are back Tecumseh? Yes, vinho verde is perfect for a summer's day. Let me check with the boss what day works next week.
Vinho verde is a 7-up with less alcohol.
Rotters will say the darndest things as they still reel punch drunk from a 4 shot bout of Spanish Absinthe.
I'm open to suggestions. Could also try some nice chilled white wine. There are some nice ones coming out of Kiwi land, which are very nice rapport qualité-prix.
Stick to Champagne, miser.
You can't drink champagne when you're eating a meal, and I never, ever order champagne at a restaurant, I'm too cheap for that. At any rate, what's wrong with this Cloudy Bay Sauvignon? Looks better than a run-of-the-mill vinho verde, non?
Non, it doesn't LOOK better.....but it sure is priced as if it is better.
Charly explains how to smell the wine. It's an art.
