You mean in case one would want to lend cheney a hand ?
Putin seems to need one more.
It might go something like this:
Cheney: "I know I shot a guy in the face, but remember that time Putin kissed that kid on the belly?"
Reporter: "Yeah, that was pretty f&#ked up."
All right, getting there -- but we need something a little more pungent if we are going to sell this to Letterman or Leno. Maybe a skit?
