Lisbon was higher than Paree? Pepe's mortification runneth deep, perhaps even beyond the help of even his fave saucissoniere
Do they say what scale this is on? If a city like Amsterdam average over 109, I doubt this is the Stanford-Binet scale.

Maybe vinho verde is better for the correx than absinthe (or is lime Perrier the drink of choice on the Rive Gauche nowadays)? Note though how high Amsterdam ranks. Grolsch & Heineken does it?

Its just demographics, guys. The Ummah lifestyle has never been known for maximizing human brain potential, and the Ummah lifestyle has burgeoned in Paree. Couple that with those with brains choosing to leave for places with less Ummah and more Moola, ]can Pepe say "Big Sleazy"?? ] it is not so surprising. But that really can't be all the story......On the other hand, let's recall that Descartes absconded for more brain friendly pastures, and Fermat stayed safely in Toulouse, Pascal hid in Jansenist lairs, and the one guy who wanted to stay , Huygens, got kicked out by the witless braying perfumed Versailles Aristo who confused the State with the Estate. So, perhaps, this has been a long term evolutionary process.....?
