I saw that earlier. Thought it so backward (our own president is anti-American, how can it not be cool with anti-American traditionalists?) that it wasn't postable.

You're right, 0=1 is postable.

We're in for an awful shit of a 4 years. Carter didn't start out so bad, did he?

No -- Carter was kind of OK for a while. Some goofy stuff with the UN and such, but it didn't look so bad till he started torpedoing the Shah and replacing him with Khomeini, and then standing idly by, pontificating on our inordinate fear of communism, while the Commies were on the march worldwide. But even then, things didn't really go down the drain till the Iranians took over the US Embassy, and the Soviets invaded Afghanistan. That's when Pepe really started to ululate, I'm sure.

That's about how I remember it. Carter was out of touch for a while. Obama is in touch and he's in touch with his feminine side.

That seems to mean that he's OK with being gangbanged, which is only the feminine side in certain sectors.

This will end badly.

Yes, these straws in the wind are merely probes -- sort of like Khrushchev in Vienna in 1961, testing young JFK, before raising the Berlin Wall and putting missiles in Cuba.
