At any rate, yes, strange: not only the timing (hasn't this guy gotten the memo -- America is furiously disengaging, the world over), but also coming from a Pole, who I'd think would be more concerned about Pepe's commie buddies killing in cold blood some 22,000 captured Polish officers at Katyn than America waterboarding another one of Pepe's buddies.
